The track
A slim channel along the roofline keeps the lights straight, evenly spaced and protected.
The lights
On color-capable systems each LED can show its own color. That’s how patterns and holiday scenes work.
The controller
A small controller connects the lights to your Wi-Fi. Most systems come with a phone app.
Schedules

What is permanent exterior lighting?
It’s an LED lighting system mounted along your roofline, usually in a slim track that matches your trim. It stays up all year. You can run it as soft white light every evening, or switch to colors for holidays and events.
What does permanent lighting look like during the day?
The track mounts under the eave or along the fascia and is color-matched to your trim, so it’s hard to notice when the lights are off.
Can permanent lights be used for Christmas?
Yes. Color-capable systems can run Christmas scenes like red and green or classic warm white, so you don’t need to hang lights each year.
Can I customize the lighting colors?
Color-capable systems let you pick everyday whites, holiday colors, or your own color schemes. Most are controlled from a phone app. We’ll go over the exact options during your consultation.
